We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Mackey Opticians. If you have any concerns about your new glasses within 60 days of collection, we will work to put them right.
Typically, we ask you to give your new glasses a two week ‘breaking in period’ so we can best work out how to help you.
We have carefully selected spectacle suppliers who align with our values of quality. As such, all our spectacle frames have a 12-month warranty to cover manufacturing defects.
Some of our lens suppliers have their own guarantees that may go above and beyond our own 12-Month Warranty – ask us for more details!
The average lifespan of a pair of glasses is around 2 years – however, with the right care and maintenance, they can last much longer. As such, we offer lifetime aftercare services and minor repairs for all the glasses we provide. For trickier jobs, we partner with local repair technicians that may charge a small fee.
Not all damage falls under our Lifetime Aftercare Services and Minor Repairs – major repairs may incur costs.
